Group selected apps and websites by the part of your life they affect. Keep each Lock always on or attach a schedule that fits your week.
Flexible Locks can allow five-minute windows when messaging matters. Guarded Locks add recovery time between interruptions.
The decision point
Interrupt the automatic tap.
When you try to turn off a Lock, NeuraLock keeps protection active while a short decision timer runs. You can stay protected, take five intentional minutes, or continue only after the pause.
The delay is friction, not punishment. It creates a small opening for the urge to pass before access returns.
Serious moments
Emergency Lock closes everything now.
Choose 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or one hour. Every configured Lock activates immediately, including Locks that are off or outside their normal schedule.
Active interruptions end and new ones become unavailable. Your ordinary schedules and switches return unchanged when the timer ends.

The boundary matters
Designed to interrupt. Never to trap.
On iPhone, NeuraLock applies Apple Screen Time shields to the apps, categories, and websites you select. On Android, its disclosed Accessibility service compares the visible app or browser address with the Locks you created, entirely on your device.
It never disables app removal, app installation, Settings, permission controls, or device management. You can delete NeuraLock or revoke its protection permission through iOS or Android at any time.

In a long-term field study of 1,039 people, users dismissed 33% of interrupted app-opening attempts. A separate six-week study found that adding delay, reflection, and an explicit choice reduced attempts to open targeted apps over time.
